I affixed my signature and drew a small instalment two hours before taking the train for this place. I need not give particulars, if is sufficient to say the imediate effect will practically treble my present income and may go very much beyond that; insuring for me a respectable [competence?] and something for good and needy causes, and still have a remnant to pas on to my children.
