2in the way we should go.Of course now that you have tumbled out of your Trust Company you will stay out. Surely you will not trifle away any more time on mere business It is growing late & it behooves us to be up & away on out mountain tramps while the light lasts & our bones are whole & strong Anyhow come here as soon as you can for this way lies wildness - the best on the continent. In the meantime "for a' that & a' that" I wish you a happy New Year. all three, with good living granite for your feet.Write as soon as you get this that I may know how you come on.Ever your friendJohn Muir
