the snow is very deep she is very lonesome Annie's school term will close in three weeks, then we expect her home for a time, she has 43 scholars and gets along with them very well. Mary is still attending to her studies at Portage and expects to [illegible] during the summer months If you have had any letters from John will you write and let me know all about him - say where you thing he will be I have wrote to him twice but I think he has not got them. I have not had any letter from him since the one I told you about - it was dated Nov. I am afraid he has had
