Mary [Muir Hand]
to you. if you were present with them - and were all together - a goodly company you would be - so to numbers I could not do as well for we have only three grandchildren. I am hoping you could take the christmas time for rest and pleasure - or were you so occupied at your desk that all the day was given to your manuscripts and notes? We all know you are a very busy man. and a wise man and good and an authority often quoted by scholars, a man your sister is proud of and would be most happy to see again. And I do believe I now have some pictures we might be proud to show
