01680Switzerland. Mrs Sargent gave it to me as a great compliment & I want you to show it to mamma & grandma & Wanda & then lay it away carefully & keep it for me & give back to me when I get home. I am going to Scotland soon & then Ill send you some Scotch heather & some other nice things Everybody is good to papa & I am very well only I keep wanting to see you, Willie went to Scotland & is waiting for me there. I’m not going to stop very long so you must not feel lonesome. I liked the letter you sent me when I was in Chicago It was very sweet & I want you to write another. I suppose you got the nice flowers from Walden Pond They are for your own little self to keep, but you may give one or two to Wanda. And I suppose too that you got the pictures I bought in Concord Papa will not be away very long. Goodbye sweet darling Soon Ill write you another letter Goodbye my darling goodbye.
