Louie [Strentzel Muir]
2before going north. Have not been ashore on account of rain. I cant get into my baggage so cant send you a decent letter. We are about 18 hrs behind time on account of head winds. The sea was very [rough?] & the decks wet with spray, wetter than before all winter. Still I was not seasick wh is a wonder. Most of the passengers were. The green [illegible] shores seem familiar though it is 10 yrs since I was here. I could go to Alaska from here in a canoe alone.01438
