May 16 1882Dear DanielYour letter of the 12th [illegible] is received, and brings good news I am glad to know that you are all well and that business is increasing – and also that you have sold your farm, as it did not suit your expectations — In regard to the money I may say that I have no immediate use for it – as I have not yet found a suitable house or even lot but am looking out all the time and as you can send it any time on ten days notice -
