St. lots simply that the records do not show that there was a witness to one of the deeds it was between good parties and before one of our notaries here but we have been sending here and there to find the deed or get a new one and as the parties are far apart it had taken a good deal of time but is perfectly safe and will be all right very soon If however the man gets tired waiting and gives it up we will make money by it as everything is still advancing finely
