Artist Statement

This piece describes how overwhelmed I am by COVID_19 Quarantine. Overwhelmed by the news and by the lockdown. I am way more stressed out then I was before. I am distracted by what’s happening around me.

I am overwhelmed by the hundreds of emails from school, by news on television, by numbers of people dying around the world.

I am overwhelmed by cancellations of important events, my very first national conference for artists, my vacations plans, my hangouts with friends and loved ones.

I am overwhelmed by the extension of my graduation. I am overwhelmed by this quarantine!
