This is a clinical case demonstrating using cantilever bridge for posterior. Treatment was planed based on evidence based dentistry and consideration was discussed.
Methods/Treatment Plan
Surgical guide stent used for surgery.
Bone graft placed to increase bone volume.
Soft tissue surgery did to increased keratinized tissue.
Cantilever bridge designed to avoid complication of major sinus lift surgery.
Results/Outcome
Clinical success was achieved.
Significance/Conclusions
Cantilever implant bridge for posterior could be a favorable treatment option in some situation. Several aspects should be considered in designing implant restorative dentistry.
