The idea that if you’ll just exercise, eat right and take better care of yourself, your health will improve is firmly planted in the American psyche. After all, it works for chronic illnesses like diabetes and heart disease. It should work for CFIDS. But it doesn’t. CFIDS is an exercise enigma.
