Abstract
"Fish Out of Water: COVID-19 and Its Effect on Live Venues" is an episode from the Creator's Side to the Business Side Podcast! The CGBS in short is a podcast focused on diving into the business of entertainment with the goal of debunking notorious stereotypes and giving an insight into the current industry.
On this episode, I interview Cyndie Klorer and Casey Lowdermilk regarding their experiences in day to day venue work during the pandemic as of December 2020.

Author Bio
Hunter Reusche is an entrepreneur, musician, and podcast producer who will be graduating from the University of the Pacific this spring with a double major Bachelor’s Degree in Music Industry Studies and Media X. Born and raised in rural Northern California, Hunter has grown up around music and volunteering in the community. While at the Pacific, Hunter has pursued his passion for both working as a producer/audio engineer and in the live music industry. Over the past couple of years, Hunter has delved into the world of podcasting where he’s gained experience in writing, editing, marketing, and distributing multiple shows. Working in the live music industry, Hunter has participated in multiple events including working in credentials at Outside Lands Music Festival, running live sound, ticketing, merch distribution, and coordinating community events. Currently, Hunter also spends a lot of his time working with companies and various artists regarding brand development such as assisting in web and graphic design.
