different States, quite a number were from some of those we knew while on the farm, and many from Portage friends all with greetings and kind wishes. All had been managed so well that they came to me as a complete surprise, I felt overwhelmed with so much kindness.Very lately I received a long letter from Mrs Sandersonat present she is in her daughter's home in Milwaukee. She always wishes to be remembered to you.
