Mr. Maxfield Parrish, one of our best artists, is going to the Southwest to illustrate some other articles for us, and is going into the Grand Canon. We have asked him to make a series of pictures. Will you do the text? If I remember correctly you did not include this subject in your Atlantic series or in the Houghton book, but even if you did you can write another article for us on the same subject.I should say that five or six thousand words would do. Mr. Parrish has just left for Phoenix, Arizona.
