Summary of Project: The poster will show a step by step treatment plan and clinical progress of a maxillary anterior perio and pros smile reconstruction with extraction and bone grafting, crown lengthening, RCT, post and core, #7-10 crowns to correct a canted smile, gummy smile, fractured teeth due to bruxism Significance: This case will demonstrate the importance of interdisciplinary treatment planning.
