Got questions about what to deduct, 1099s, and audits? As April 15th rolls around, for most anyone making money with music, the onus is on you to make the most of the various deductions that can be taken on your federal and state income tax returns. To help answer some questions to help you prepare for the inevitable, I spoke with veteran CPA and tax guru, Alan Friedman to get some tax tips for musicians.
